Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not required. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring a positive experience for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional front desk presence Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately with proper phone etiquette Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other office software Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading, organizing files, and managing office supplies Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment Support bookkeeping activities related to billing or invoicing as needed Qualifications Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry applications Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and typing Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette on multi-line systems Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Prior experience in front desk operations or office administration preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100.00-$110.00 per day Work Location: In person
