As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those with seniors, or individuals recovering from illness. Duties Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide medication administration and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding if necessary Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment Support patients with mobility exercises and assist with transfers using proper lifting techniques Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members Qualifications Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospice care, or home care preferred but not required Knowledge of patient care, senior care, dementia care, and working with people with disabilities is a plus Strong caregiving skills with compassion, patience, and excellent communication abilities Ability to work independently while following care plans and safety protocols Valid driver''s license preferred for transportation responsibilities High school diploma or equivalent required Join our team if you are committed to providing compassionate home care that improves lives through dedicated service and professional caregiving skills.
