Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and Experienced Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on product options, and assist in creating a welcoming environment. This role requires a strong understanding of cannabis products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a retail setting solo. Experience in retail sales are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and support diverse clientele. Duties Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable cannabis products Educate customers on product effects, strains, consumption methods, and legal regulations Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell products by suggesting additional items that meet customer preferences Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies regarding cannabis sales Handle customer inquiries professionally both in person and via digital communication channels Assist with filing, record keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed Uphold cleanliness standards of the retail space and ensure a safe environment for staff and customers Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; Experience with retail sales, cashiering, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and record keeping Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills to educate customers clearly about products and promotions Computer operation skills including familiarity with computer software used for daily operations This position offers an engaging opportunity to work within a dynamic industry while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
