Job description: SmileCode Dental is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Registered Dental Assistant for an immediate, full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate is a friendly, hard-working RDA who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is suited for a strong clinical assistant with leadership experience who is passionate about patient care, supports team development, and contributes to a positive and professional workplace culture as our practice continues to grow.
