Location: ONYX Nail Studio, Brookfield Place, Toronto Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Spa Attendant to join our team at ONYX Nail Studio. The ideal candidate will ensure that our salon maintains its luxurious, showroom-ready appearance while providing exceptional service to our clients. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting the team in delivering a seamless and premium experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the salon''s cleanliness and appearance in line with our showroom-ready and visual standards protocols. Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process. Facilitate smooth check-out procedures, ensuring clients feel valued throughout their visit. Assist technicians with station turnover to prepare for the next client swiftly and efficiently. Sanitize tools and implements according to our hygiene and safety protocols. Restock supplies and ensure all products are replenished and organized. Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat platforms with professionalism and clarity. Operate our salon management software for booking appointments and handling client information. Learn the full service menu to assist with customer inquiries and recommendations. Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring all operational procedures are followed. Qualifications: We''re looking for someone who smiles easily, enjoys people, and brings positive energy into every interaction. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Familiarity with Booker salon management software is a plus (training provided). Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
