Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all security functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, surveillance, and loss prevention, with expertise in CCTV systems. This leadership role requires strategic planning, team management, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. The Security Operations Manager will play a critical role in developing security policies, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Duties Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive security protocols and procedures to safeguard company assets and personnel. Manage security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective coverage. Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV to identify and respond to potential security threats or breaches. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies. Lead loss prevention initiatives by analyzing security data and implementing strategies to reduce theft or damage. Respond promptly to security incidents, investigate breaches, and prepare detailed reports for management. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards. Stay current on emerging security technologies and best practices to enhance overall security operations. Experience Proven experience in law enforcement or a related security field is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and monitoring techniques. Demonstrated ability in loss prevention strategies and incident response management. Prior experience managing security teams or operations is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively. Familiarity with security policies, risk management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
