Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vending Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining vending equipment, ensuring smooth production processes, and supporting various manufacturing tasks. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with CNC machinery, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. The Vending Operator plays a critical part in maintaining high-quality standards and efficient workflow within our facility. Responsibilities Operate vending machines and related manufacturing equipment with precision and safety. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC programming tools. Utilize hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure parts meet quality specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to support machining and assembly processes. Set up and operate press brake machines, welding equipment, and other manufacturing machinery as needed. Assist in packaging finished products according to quality standards. Use warehouse experience to manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Support assembly tasks using hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and manufacturing best practices. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment. Skills Proficiency with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and CNC programming is highly desirable. Experience operating CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, welding equipment, and other manufacturing machinery. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus. Mechanical knowledge including use of calipers, hand tools, and basic math skills for precise measurements. Warehouse experience with inventory management is preferred. Strong understanding of quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met. Familiarity with packaging processes and assembly techniques within a manufacturing environment. Ability to operate forklifts safely if certified; prior forklift experience is advantageous. Knowledge of machining processes like machining, manufacturing principles, and the use of calipers for measurement accuracy.
