Receptionist / Office Support (Friday & Saturday | Long-Term Opportunity) Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty is a highly respected and long-standing member of the Okanagan real estate community, providing residential and commercial real estate services, as well as strata and property management. We are seeking a professional, dependable, and adaptable Receptionist / Office Support to join our team in a long-term role. This position is scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays, with the opportunity to gradually take on additional responsibilities and hours as the role evolves. Schedule Fridays: 12:00 pm 5:00 pm Saturdays: 9:00 am 3:00 pm What This Role Offers A stable, long-term position in a well-established office A supportive environment with training and clear processes Opportunities to learn new tools and systems at a comfortable pace A team that values small improvements that make everyone''s work easier Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Hand out and receive keys for real estate professionals Take and relay accurate messages Print brochures and basic marketing materials Complete basic administrative tasks using Microsoft systems Follow established office procedures and suggest improvements when appropriate Maintain clean, organized, and professional workspaces Manage multiple tasks and routine interruptions with a positive attitude Ideal Candidate Interested in a long-term role that may increase in hours and being a consistent, reliable presence Comfortable learning new systems and technology with training and support Enjoys improving processes in practical, incremental ways Organized, calm, and professional in a busy office environment Friendly, service-oriented, and detail-focused Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Some knowledge of Yardi systems would be beneficial If you''re looking for a steady role where you can grow gradually, contribute ideas, and be part of a collaborative office, we would love to hear from you.
