About the Role We''re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaning Technician to join our seasonal turnover team This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced cleaning, takes pride in presentation, and can work both independently and with a teammate. Typical shifts run between 10:00am3:00pm, with weekend availability required. What You''ll Do Clean and reset Airbnb/vacation rentals after guest stays Change and wash linens (on-site), make beds, and restock supplies (on-site) Deep tidy and refresh kitchens & bathrooms Inspect spaces for damages and report issues after each clean Use provided checklists to ensure consistency and accuracy Manage turnovers with efficiency without sacrificing quality Maintain communication with team members and leadership Represent The Vacation Cleaners with professionalism and pride Schedule & Availability 1520 hours per week Typical days off: Tuesday & Wednesday Must be available weekends 12 properties per day depending on size Work solo or as a team depending on assignment Compensation $20/hr on weekdays $25/hr on weekends Tips Paid travel time What We''re Looking For Previous cleaning or Airbnb/turnover experience is a bonus (training provided) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive turnovers Strong attention to detail the little things matter Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Able to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver''s license, insurance + reliable transportation required Why Join Us?
