What You Are Were looking for a worldclass COO, someone who can take big ideas and turn them into clear plans, disciplined execution, and measurable results. As the CEOs partner, youll shape how the company operates, grows, and scales. This role blends strategy and execution. Youll help set priorities, build systems that support growth, and make sure teams across the company are aligned, supported, and working toward the right outcomes. Youll also be the person who removes friction, strengthens collaboration, and brings clarity where its needed most. Your Mandate Operational Excellence & Scale Build an operating model that turns strategy into consistent, repeatable outcomes. Create companywide planning frameworks, KPIs, and a healthy operating cadence. Financial & Business Discipline Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations in partnership with Finance. Embed P&L ownership across the business and drive sustainable revenue and margin growth. Optimize resources, capital, and organizational structure as we scale. Governance, Risk & Regulatory Alignment Elevate operational governance and risk management to institutional standards. Strengthen our capabilities across custody, payments, and stablecoin operations. Support regulatory and board discussions with clarity and rigor. CrossFunctional Leadership Align product, technology, finance, risk, compliance, and clientfacing teams. Clarify decisionmaking, roles, and crossteam workflows. Help the executive team operate as a coordinated, highperforming unit. Strategic Partner Shape and refine company strategy and ensure execution stays on track. Support communications with investors, regulators, and key partners. What You Bring Experience & Expertise 1215+ years in financial services, fintech, payments, custody, consulting, or scaled tech. Direct P&L accountability and experience driving revenue, cost, and margin performance. Deep understanding of Canadian financial regulation and institutional operations. Experience scaling an organization through fast growth or regulatory complexity. A track record of building strong systems for planning, operations, and governance. Ability to thrive in fastmoving, evolving environments. Leadership Capabilities titanium Executive presence with boards, regulators, major financial institutions, and investors. Strong analytical skills and confident decisionmaking. Ability to empower and align teams while raising expectations. Calm, transparent, and steady under pressure. NicetoHaves Experience in custody, payments, or stablecoin operations. Exposure to international or multijurisdictional regulatory frameworks.
