Were creating modern, AI-powered tools to help electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople learn the trade, pass licensing exams, earn certifications, and move forward in their careers.So far, weve supported over 20,000 learners across 80+ schools, unions, and training programs in the U.S. and Canada working directly with both individual students and the institutions that train them.The OpportunityWere looking for an Operations Manager, Education to own and scale our education content and learning operations.In this role, youll design and run the systems that power our curriculum, exam prep, and learning experiences. Youll work closely with subject-matter experts, content creators, and our product team to improve quality, speed, and consistency across everything we ship.This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who enjoys turning messy processes into clean, scalable systems.Youll report directly to the Founder.What Youll DoBuild and manage end-to-end workflows for curriculum, exam questions, and learning contentCoordinate with subject-matter experts to turn technical knowledge into clear, structured learning materialsDesign and maintain quality control systems for accuracy, clarity, and consistencyImprove content production speed using better processes, tooling, and AI workflowsOwn content updates as codes, exams, and standards changeOrganize and maintain our education library, question banks, and course structuresTrack performance metrics related to learning quality, content output, and user feedbackWork cross-functionally with product and engineering to support new education featuresWhat Youll Bring2+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or a startup environmentStrong ability to design systems and improve messy processesComfort owning both strategy and executionExperience working with subject-matter experts or technical contentClear written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and project ownership skillsA genuine interest in education, learning, or skills trainingComfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environmentWhy JoinFlexible, remote-friendly roleHigh ownership and growth opportunityReal impact on trades educationHelp shape modern learning toolsPotential sponsorship to NYC after one-year of employment
