In this key role, you will engage with local SMEs, collaborating with the SIDO and the SHARE project team to provide valuable business insights on production and marketing strategies. To effectively advise these enterprises on scaling their operations, a strong grasp of business fundamentals and relevant entrepreneurial or manufacturing experience is essential. Youll be well-supported by project partners dedicated to nurturing SME growth through your expert guidance. As a volunteer, you will: Conduct training sessions for employees on essential financial concepts and introductory accounting practices. Work alongside staff to develop efficient financial processes for budgeting and expense oversight. Offer guidance and mentorship to employees to improve the quality of business support services. Collaborate with staff to design tools and training materials aimed at enhancing their business development services.
