BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dayforce WFM and HR Core Consultant to join our dynamic team based in Toronto, Ottawa, or New Brunswick.Job Title: Dayforce WFM and HR Core ConsultantExpected Duration: 6 MonthsLocation: Remote (Need candidates local to Toronto, Ottawa, or New Brunswick)Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Consultant to support the implementation and configuration of WFM, HR Core, Time & Attendance, and Entitlements modules.Key Responsibilities:Configure and support Dayforce WFM, HR Core, Time, and EntitlementsAssist with Payroll, Benefits, Org Structure, GL, and IntegrationsPerform data migration, mapping, and validationBuild workflows, forms (XML), and reportsWrite and execute test cases and support UATWork closely with business stakeholders in a client-facing roleRequirements:2+ years of hands-on Ceridian Dayforce implementation experienceStrong knowledge of WFM / HR Core / TimeExperience with SQL, reporting, and integrations (APIs/imports/exports)Familiarity with Dayforce Activate and Configuration Validation Tool is a plus
