Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Video Art Director / Video Producer to lead the end-to-end development of video content. This role will oversee pre-production, production, and post-production, ensuring high-quality, on-brand video delivery while managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the entire video production lifecycle, from concept to final deliveryCollaborate with stakeholders to define creative direction and project goalsManage production schedules, budgets, and resourcesCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agenciesLead pre-production planning meetings and production logisticsReview and approve video drafts, edits, and animationsIdentify and mitigate risks related to legal clearances and production challengesEnsure videos meet brand, quality, and deadline standardsMaintain clear communication and provide status updates to stakeholdersRequired Qualifications35 years of experience in an in-house video production environmentStrong understanding of creative workflows and branding principlesHands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After EffectsSolid project management skills with ability to handle multiple projectsStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsExperience writing or reviewing scripts and creative contentNice to HaveExperience with tools like Asana, Smartsheet, Frame.io, MiroDegree in Film, Design, or Creative WritingFamiliarity with enterprise technology or digital infrastructure content
