Your ideas matter here.Learn more about who we are at www.advantecmarine.com.The Opportunity: Project ManagerAs a Project Manager, youll lead complex, longterm build projectsfrom carbon steel fabrication to multicomponent marine systems. Youll ensure successful execution by coordinating crossfunctional teams, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.Lead endtoend project planning, scheduling, and execution.Manage timelines, budgets, change orders, and quality standards.Monitor progress, resolve challenges, and keep projects on track.Prepare and deliver project updates, forecasts, and risk management plans.Oversee subcontractors and ensure alignment with project objectives.Conduct progress meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.Identify longlead items, risk areas, and proactive mitigation strategies.Develop and execute strategies that drive cost, schedule, and quality performance.What You Bring7+ years in manufacturing, including 3+ years managing complex projects.Bachelors degree in engineering, technology, manufacturing, project management, or equivalent experience.Exceptional communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.Experience with manufacturing systems, workflow tools, and project scheduling.Strong understanding of fabrication, metals, machining, and production processes.Knowledge of cost control, change order management, and risk mitigation.Ability to visualize final products and drive projects to successful completion.Detailoriented, organized, and goalfocused.Willingness to travel as needed.Thank you for your interest in joining AdvanTec Marine.
