OUR CLIENTA Global Law Firm with offices located in Toronto.RESPONSBILITIES Delivering legal advice and analysis across a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial and regulatory disputes, construction-related claims, white-collar crime, specialty insurance lines, and professional negligence.Managing cases involving municipal and police liability, occupiers and liquor liability, property and product claims, and emerging issues such as cyber-related disputes.Working closely with partners to handle litigation and coverage files from inception through to resolutioncovering assessment, pleadings, motions, discoveries, mediations, pre-trials, and trials.Representing clients at examinations for discovery and other procedural steps.Preparing and submitting court materials and other required filings.Appearing in court to argue motions, attend mediations, and participate in pre-trial conferences.Assisting with or independently handling trial preparation and attending trials or other adjudicative hearings.QUALIFICATIONS3 to 7 years of civil litigationMust have strong trial experienceREF# LI1416
