Kelly Services' dynamic customer in Mississauga, ON, is looking for a permanent Collections Specialist who can work onsite Monday to Friday.Primary Duties:Recovery Action on delinquent Accounts, including contact with debtors, discussing repayment and guiding where necessary with a view to achieving recovery of the account.Ability to perform skip tracing and attention to detail in determining avenues for debt recovery.Maintaining account history on the internal collections systemEnsuring adherence to client directivesEnsuring the achievement of various client centered and company targets.Determining whether customer files are actionable via legal remedies and preparing support for sameQualifications and SkillsMinimum requirement of a high school diplomaA college diploma in Paralegal Studies would be an assetAt least three (3) years collections experienceFamiliarity with standard collection industry softwareAbility to adapt easily to custom built collection softwareStrong Verbal and Written Communication skillsExcellent Organizational skillsComputer literacy, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to work with a teamPerks:$43k - $45k Salary plus uncapped commissionHealth & Dental BenefitsGreat opportunity to develop and growWhy Kelly?As a worker today, its up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow and achieve your potential.
