Responsibilities Administering prescribed medications with precision and care, following the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Promptly responding to resident requests, ensuring call lights are attended to within 10 minutes. Assisting residents with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and respect. Keeping the environment clean and inviting by performing light housekeeping duties. Documenting all care provided in a thorough and accurate manner.
