Indicate Store /Reservation Worker in the subject line: The Store/Reservations worker answers directly to the store supervisor. It is the responsibility of the store/reservations worker to complete the tasks necessary to ensure smooth operation of the store, gatehouse and campgrounds. The duties and responsibilities of the store/reservations worker include: Responsibilities Assisting Supervisor in ensuring the efficient operation of the store, campgrounds and gatehouse Preparing food using safe food handling methods Scooping ice-cream Using kitchen equipment such as deep fryers and grill Stocking and cleaning all inventory Serving Park patrons in all sales and rentals Preparing coffee and ensuring an adequate supply Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the store and surrounding area, as well as the gatehouse and surrounding areas Inform the supervisor of any repairs required in the campgrounds, store and gatehouse Inform the supervisor of any inventory or supply shortages Assist with gasoline sales Nightly locking of the hall, laundry facility, washrooms and ball courts Handle reservations and allocating of campsites and hall rentals to ensure there are no double bookings Operation of point-of-sale machines, cash handling and completing accurate nightly cash ups Complete campground sweeps Complete any other tasks assigned to you by the supervisor Job Requirements Standing for long periods of time Lift 50 lb Speak English Basic math skills Basic computer skills Problem solving Critical thinking Safe Food Handling Certificate considered an asset, but willing to train the right individual.
