The Role We're hiring a Partner Manager to grow our work with First Nations, Mtis, and Inuit communities. This person will build respectful relationships that lead to long-term partnerships and growth. You'll help Nations explore, understand, and use OneFeather's servicesspecifically for elections and community governance. This role is about relationship-first business. We're looking for someone who values trust, community care, and cultural respect as much as achieving goals. Ideal Candidate Profile Indigenous heritage and/or experience living in or working with Indigenous communities (on or off-reserve) Experience in governance, administration, or community leadership, Indigenous or otherwise Knowledge of Indigenous governance, challenges, and opportunities A natural ability to build relationships and care for community wellbeing Basic computer skills and confidence using digital tools What You'll Do Nation Partnership Development & Growth Build and maintain authentic relationships with Indigenous Nations to drive partnership growth and revenue outcomes within OneFeather's Customer Lifecycle framework Understand unique governance needs of Indigenous Nations and develop compelling proposals that demonstrate measurable community value Guide Nations through decision-making processes that advance both their sovereignty and OneFeather's growth objectives Coordinate with Director, Revenue Operations and Election Services teams to ensure unified OneFeather engagement Conduct platform demonstrations and subscription orientations that build Nation confidence in OneFeather's technology while honoring diverse technical comfort levels and governance priorities Track partnership progress toward revenue targets and forecast growth opportunities Achieve partnership commitments through trust-based relationship development while maintaining accountability for conversion and revenue growth Other related tasks as required Customer Success & Account Expansion Deliver exceptional Nation outcomes throughout their partnership journey while driving account growth and expansion revenue Serve as a trusted advisor across governance cycles and maintain connections between projects Identify opportunities to expand partnership value through additional services or enhanced engagement Monitor partnership health while tracking expansion metrics within the Customer Lifecycle coordination framework Ensure comprehensive handover documentation to Election Services that aligns partnership commitments with delivery capabilities Discover opportunities to expand OneFeather's support into additional revenue streams that enable scaling while maintaining cultural appropriateness Other related tasks as required Community-Centered Market Development Guide business expansion by building OneFeather's presence across Indigenous communities through respectful relationship development Research new Nations and their contexts to develop appropriate approaches to partnership conversations Create growth pathways that honor Indigenous protocols while advancing digital sovereignty Coordinate with Marketing, Product teams, and Indigenous Experience Lead for aligned engagement strategies Share community insights that inform product development and service improvements Cultivate referral relationships through exceptional service delivery Contribute to OneFeather's position as trusted digital infrastructure for Indigenous communities across Canada Other related tasks as required Qualifications 3+ years in community engagement, partnerships, or sales Work with or within Indigenous organizations, on or off reserve Knowledge of governance and Indigenous procurement Understanding of Indigenous election systems is an asset Post-secondary education in business, Indigenous studies, or similar field is helpful Skills & Strengths Builds strong relationships with ease Has deep respect for Indigenous protocols Clear and kind communicator Flexible and available to meet community needs Independent and team-oriented Strategic thinker and problem solver Organized and good with time management Can travel to communities when needed Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems We're committed to hiring people who care about our mission and want to make a difference.
