Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigations for ATM Differences and Non-ATM claimsDaily reporting of all customers (For different functions e.g., Deposit Processing, Cash Bin, ATM Rec, Cheque investigations, BOC, Precious Metals)Assisting Supervisors with Daily Metrics Data collectionAssisting in investigation of Daily Outages and actioning as required (Pulling TRs, requesting rebalances, performing offsets, maintaining the daily differences tracker)Responding to customer emails, inquires in a timely & professional mannerDaily reconciliation of ABM treasury holdings in an accurate and timely mannerIdentify and correct unit, treasury, and/or institution problems in a timely fashionResolve low cash situations, unit problems, required rebalance, recovery of differences, crew training requirements and requests for emergency cash loadsLiaise with Cash Operations Section Manager to rectify paperwork issuesEstablish and maintain a professional working relationship with internal and external customersReporting any losses to SecurityCreating and maintaining statistical reportsWork Experience35 years in a similar role within reconciliation or settlement, 3 years working with financial departmental expense budgets/accruals would be an asset.Minimum 3 years working with financial departmental expense budgets/actuals.Financial Analyst and/or Project Management experience an asset.Advanced Excel skills (macros, formula-based analysis).Advanced database management skills for building and utilizing analytical tools.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.Permanent position.International company with career growth opportunities.The Claims Officer is responsible for leading and managing claim investigations within Cash Vault Services (CVS).
