Responsibilities Analyze and communicate financial results with senior account and client leads. Oversee revenue and expenses for clients and their respective projects, driving financial success. Collaborate with various teams to meet client needs and manage financial requirements. Generate and manage monthly client invoices with precision and efficiency. Maintain and manage the companys timetracking and billing systems. Forecast, track, and manage client budgets to maximize performance. Work closely with project managers to report and analyze project budgets, ensuring they align with financial goals. Assess project billing efficiencies, realizations, and utilizations, helping identify growth opportunities. Review and manage accounts receivable for specific clients, ensuring timely collections. Support and mentor other financial team members as needed, fostering growth and collaboration. Qualifications A degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience. 23 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a fastpaced environment. Exceptional computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft D365 or equivalent financial accounting system considered an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to multitask and adapt in a flexible environment. 'Whateverittakes' attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
