We are currently seeking a Staff Pricing Manager to join our Monetization team. This role is available to candidates across Canada (excluding Qubec) and the US, or based out of Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto hub offices. What your team does The Monetization team leads Clios global pricing and packaging strategy, including initiatives for new products, plans, customer segments and regional packages. The team is highly strategic, collaborating crossfunctionally with nearly all functions at Clio to drive success. What youll work on Strategic Architecture: Autonomously own the design and maintenance of pricing and packaging structures for our Enterprise segment, ensuring that monetization evolves alongside product innovation. Commercial Governance: Act as the strategic escalation point for highstakes deal exceptions, building guardrails for the commercial tradeoffs (margin vs. logo) on complex opportunities. Metric Maximization: Build frameworks to maximize ACV, NRR, Gross Margin and other key metrics, providing early warnings on yield compression. CrossFunctional Consensus: Translate monetization logic for product, sales, and finance teams, driving alignment on sensitive pricing decisions. Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor pricing moves, working with pricing and competitive intelligence stakeholders to iterate rate cards and discounting policies. Enablement: Equip the sales team with commercial logic and valuedefense strategies needed for negotiation success. What you bring 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 6+ years specifically in B2B SaaS Pricing, Strategic Finance, or Commercial Strategy. Proven experience building or managing pricing and packaging for Enterprise SaaS solutions. Toptier financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Clear understanding of Swim Lanes between Strategy and Ops, with experience partnering with Deal Desk Managers. Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Churn, LTV, CAC, ARPU) and their pricing impact. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. Serious bonus points if you have Experience in a PreIPO or highgrowth scaling environment ($200M+ ARR). Familiarity with CPQ (Salesforce) workflows. Background in Management Consulting or Investment Banking prior to moving inhouse. SQL or Tableau/Looker proficiency for deepdive data extraction.
