The Director, People and Culture will lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition, Business Partner and Learning and Development professionals. Key Accountabilities Talent Acquisition: o Coach and develop a team of experienced Talent Acquisition professionals in their collaboration with leaders to understand and recruit for current and future staffing needs. o Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to CareRx in order to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. o Continuously improve the processes throughout the Talent Acquisition cycle, including employer branding, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. o Report out actionable insights related to Talent Acquisition and utilize the data to make improvements in the process. Learning and Development: o Coach and develop a team of learning and development professionals to effectively support employee, leadership and customer training and development o Lead strategy to migrate Learning Management System to new platform and ensure all stakeholder requirements are considered. o Ensure customer and clinical training needs are met through the creation of programs to support team members in our customers'' care homes. o Lead design of leadership development curriculum (leader of leaders and leader of others) and ensure effective implementation of the program. Business Partnering: o Coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners to effectively support CareRx leaders and employees. o Provide balanced guidance to leaders and the HRBP team on employee relations, performance management, organizational design and succession planning to create an environment of engagement. Strategic Talent Management: o Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement programs that support the CareRx strategic plan. o Analyze workforce data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and proactively identify talent trends. o Lead the annual Employee Engagement Survey process including communication and action planning. o Lead the Employee OnBoarding process design and develop a revised program based on business imperatives o Lead all Employee Recognition programs and assess future programs for fit with culture. o Lead wellness program development and communication to the organization. Compliance: o Lead all health and safety initiatives and through the HRBPs, ensure all locations are in compliance with provincial requirements. Best Practices: o Keeps up to date on trends, best practices, and new technologies across the People and Culture space; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to People and Culture team and senior leadership. Qualifications Education: o Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master''s degree preferred. o CHRL preferred. Experience: o Minimum of 15 years of progressive human resource management roles, with experience leading managers and multi-vertical teams required. o Partnering with leaders on organizational and job re-design. o Launching and communicating new programs and initiatives and building change mgt and communication cascades to support. o Designing and implementing talent pool reviews and succession planning processes. o Leading teams of talent acquisition and learning professionals. o Facilitating large group meetings and education sessions. o Manufacturing experience or an understanding of LEAN principles would be preferred.
