Bondars Furniture is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager with a strong administration and order-entry background. This role supports the daily flow of the store by ensuring sales paperwork, purchase orders, website pricing/promos, and key internal documents are accurate and up to date. You''ll work closely with the sales team and manufacturers to keep orders moving smoothly and resolve issues quickly. What You''ll Do (Summary) Review sales paperwork for accuracy (options, discounts, payments, transfers) Create and submit purchase orders to manufacturers and follow up on inquiries Track and resolve problem orders with a solutions-first approach Maintain order-entry lists and related admin processes Support store communications around promotions, new/incoming products, and product updates Help keep website product info, pricing, and promotions current Assist with inventory tracking and basic stock-level updates Provide backup support to store operations and customer concerns when needed What We''re Looking For Strong admin skills and high attention to detail (paperwork and accuracy matter here) Comfortable working with purchase orders, order entry, pricing/discounts, and payment checks Confident communicator (you''ll deal with sales staff and manufacturers regularly) Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Retail or furniture experience is an asset, but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Extended health care On-site parking Paid time off Store discount Work Location: In person
