Overview Job description INTERVIEWS ARE HAPPENING ON SUNDAY JANUARY 18 AND MONDAY JANUARY 19 START DAY FOR CHOSEN CANDIDATES: WEEK OF JANUARY 19 AND WEEK OF JANUARY 26(TO BE DISCUSSED) Requirements to apply for position: Driving Licence(Class 5 GDL minimum) Must have a personal vehicle Must have 1 year minimum cleaning experience Candidate MUST hold a class 5 GDL minimum license and MUST have a personal vehicle. If you do not have a personal vehicle, please do NOT apply for this position. We are seeking a dedicated experienced professional cleaner to join our team. This candidate will already be knowledgable in ''high standard'' cleaning and possess great attention to detail. Training is provided for the position but prior experience in highly detailed cleaning is required. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and supervising employees within our client facilities and our client homes, ensuring a very clean and sanitary environment for our clients. This candidate will look over other employees work and give direction for corrections when needed. The employee will conduct these services at various locations throughout the day in Edmonton a Nd surrounding communities. Workers meet at the business shop each morning at 9:00am and are dispatched. Team leaders transport the team to these work locations through the day and are compensated for the travel time. Work locations change daily throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities. This position is full time and also on-call(available for last minute cleaning bookings or to cover sick employees) -The chosen candidate MUST drive and hold at minimum a class 5 GDL licence, must have their own vehicle and be willing to transport the team(gas allowance is given for travel) Team Leader starting wage $20.50/hour with a pay raise beginning immediately after the 3 month team leader training probation period. Team Leaders have the opportunity/possibility of earning up to $24/hour career wages throughout their career with our company and will also have the opportunity for promotions in management and supervisor positions with higher pay as our company grows. Preform duties in various locations around the city and surroundings areas Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming Preform cleaning duties such as disinfecting and cleaning all surfaces types Preform cleaning duties such as carpet cleaning/upholstery cleaning and interior window washing. -Preform cleaning duties such as gutter cleaning and exterior window cleaning, sometimes requiring the use of ladders and scaffolding. Utilize hand tools, power tools, industrial cleaning equipment for cleaning tasks Sometimes use ladders Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning in proper order/sequence in the allotted time. Possess ''great'' attention to detail Learn safety protocol requirements and at all times follow safety protocols. Be available for last minute bookings, Car pool with other employees and transport cleaning equipment to various locations. -Help other team members handle some heavy lifting when required for moving cleaning equipment such as industrial carpet cleaners etc or furniture required to be moved such as refrigerator or couches to clean behind and underneath. ate effectively with team members and supervisors Execute ''very good'' organization and problem solving skills -Transport other team members to various job locations. Experience: Must hold at minimum class 5 GDL licence or higher. - Must have a minimum of 1 year prior cleaning experience that includes residential cleaning within another legally established cleaning company. Strong english language knowledge is required Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly and in proper sequence Strong communication skills to interact with clients, team members and supervisors Capability to handle some lifting during cleaning activities Job Types: Full-time. Pay: starting from $20.50 per hour with pay raises commencing immediately after the 3 month probation period, based on individual performance. Licence/certificates/requirements: Driving Licence Must have a personal vehicle First Aid certificate is an asset but not required in order to apply.
