About Us Rama Gaming House is a community-based charitable gaming centre with locations in Mississauga and Scarborough. This posting is for our Mississauga location only. Position Details Title: Shift Manager Department: Operations Reports To: Hall Manager / General Manager Status: Full-Time Compensation: $19.00 per hour plus tips for the first six (6) months Increases to $20.00 per hour after six (6) months Tips in addition to hourly wage Job Summary The Shift Manager role is an excellent opportunity to enter the Ontario gaming industry and gain hands-on experience across all operational areas. Our philosophy is to develop well-rounded leaders who understand every aspect of the business. As a Shift Manager, you will work closely with your team to ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded and that every guest has an outstanding experience. You will support daily operations, drive customer satisfaction and repeat visitation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate standards.
