Maintain attendance and health and safety checks. Work with professionals, such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists, as necessary. Support children through transitions in and out of the classrooms Participate and interact in team meetings and workshops Specifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels with children, parents and co-workers. Ability to utilize computer systems for all documentation, reporting, and classroom operations Strong collaborator and team player Ability to take the initiative in and out of the classroom Strong problem-solving skills Qualifications ECE certified (Level 2 or 3) Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Level B Ability to push, pull and lift up-to 45 pounds Kids & Company is an equal-opportunityemployer.
