Come be a part of our growing team We are looking for an Labourer/Applications Specialist to join our Sticks and Stones Building Solutions team The Labourer/Applications Specialist position is responsible for planning and performing detailed work utilizing the various sealants and coatings we apply. Plan, schedule, and perform concrete sealant applications on customer driveways Maintain good customer relations and ensuring high degree of customer service Maintain a clean and organized truck and tools Report on job completion and issues to management team Follow health and safety policies and protocol Communicate and order sealant inventory levels Other duties as may be assigned Qualifications Reliable transportation and valid driver''s Class 5 license with clean abstract Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers Ability to work well in an autonomous role both individually and as a team Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills both in-person and on the phone Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work environment Hours of Work Regular hours will be 7:30am 5:00pm Monday through Friday with some Saturday work. Physical Demands Must be capable of lifting 50lbs on a regular basis and lifting, loading, unloading, bending, and crouching.
