Description We''re looking for a detailoriented WFM Administrator who will keep our time & attendance ecosystem running smoothlyfor employees, supervisors, and payroll. In this role, you''ll configure onsite clocks, pay rules and schedules as requested by our business units, train supervisors, and partner closely with IT, Payroll, and Business Units to resolve issues within established service levels. It also encompasses testing of these changes and an understanding of any impacts from Collective Agreements or business changes. Your work ensures accurate time capture, timely payroll posting, and reliable workforce data that leaders use to make decisions. Responsibilities Monitor dashboards and analysis of KPIs, run payroll posting activities, and proactively address trends in data. Deliver clear, practical training for on time submission, approvals, and basic troubleshooting. Triage and complete call tracker requests from Business Units; document fixes and communicates outcomes. Partner with IT and Business to gather requirements, execute configurations, and complete endtoend testing/UAT for new implementations, changes or updates. Maintain an understanding of Collective Agreements and operational changes to ensure timekeeping rules are applied correctly. Qualifications Postsecondary degree (discipline open; HR/Business/IT an asset) 2 years'' work experience. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; comfortable working with KPIs and operational dashboards. Excellent communication skills and customerservice mindset; able to train and support supervisors effectively. Experience in workforce management or time & attendance operations would be considered an asset. Familiarity with Collective Agreements and their impact on timekeeping rules and payroll. Exposure to large enterprise systems and have been part of an implementation team. English fluency: French considered an asset
