Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Vela Industries Group is hiring a GTM lead to support our capital deployment efforts.Youll own Salesforce hygiene, reporting, and deal support so our team can focus on deal making.The objective of this role is to ensure data and process governance to optimize systems, drive funnel and performance insights, and deliver actionable steps to GTM team and executives to improve efficiency, alignment, and capital deployment predictability.The ideal candidate is a strategic, handson leader with deep expertise in B2B gotomarket motions, analytics, and sales technology, capable of translating strategy into operational execution with measurable impact.What youll doEnforce and maintain Salesforce and other systems data quality controls to ensure that data is relevant, accurate, and reliableSupport GTM teams reporting and other internal administrative processes to optimize and rationalize existing pipeline.Track funnel metrics (conversion, velocity, coverage) and run hygiene checks to amplify performance.Coordinate NDAs, IOIs/LOIs, and deadlines across sourcing, execution, and management.Build monthly and quarterly RevOps roadmap to prioritize critical opportunities while regularly updating stakeholders on progressReview, propose, and implement process improvements based on an understanding of team structures and KPIs.What you bring25 years in Sales/Revenue Ops or Sales Administration, ideally in an enterprise setting.High proficiency, handson Salesforce administrator and/or user (reports/dashboards, validation basics, data loader)Experience in outbound sales and ability to speak additional languages are highly considered.Experience creating and optimizing GTM strategies, along with cohesive processes, tooling, and methodologiesDetail oriented with sound written and verbal communication skills, and comfort encouraging/nudging sourcing reps.Degree in Business, Statistics, Project Management, or a related field is a nice to have.Why VelaWork with a collaborative team, influence our go-to-market processes, and see your operational rigor translate into new acquisitions.Apply with your resume and a brief note describing a dashboard youve built, its impact, and a data-quality fix youre proud of at levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesSoftware Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
