POSITION TITLE: Sales Coordinator POSITION TYPE: Permanent, Full-Time BRANCHES:Taber, Milk River, Brooks, Medicine Hat REPORTING TO:Regional Sales Manager The Canadian agriculture industry is growing, and you could be part of the momentum with Rocky Mountain Equipment (RME). The largest independent dealer of Case IH and Case Construction equipment in Canada, RME consists of 45 construction and agricultural equipment branches across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The key focus of the Sales Coordinatorposition will be to take and process quotation requests from customers, actively seek the conversion of inquiries to sales orders and act in a customer service role between sales staff and customers. This role is 100% branch based with responsibility for multiple branches (Taber, Milk River, Brooks, Medicine Hat) across an assigned region. The role requires a large majority of time spent in the office and out in the yard as needed by the sales department. This individual is highly visible, has a hands-on approach and is motivated to attend to the detailed aspects of this position while focusing on profitability and supporting the sales department in a highly efficient and attentive manner. Job Duties and Responsibilities Include: Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations to customers and salesman as required. Process inquiries by phone, fax, and email. Communicate with sales team to ensure completeness and accuracy of sales order information. Ensure all required financing arrangements and credit approvals are in place and accuracy on all financial documents to ensure no they are error free before being issued to customers. Coordinate and communicate order status updates with salesman and/or customers. Assist in ensuring set productivity targets are met by motivating, encouraging teamwork and organizing and maintaining shared folders. Input and ''receive'' new equipment units into CDK database. Provide input for branch reports and forecasts for branch management reporting as necessary Provide and solicit information on new product development and promotional goods. Pricing and programming Advise sales staff on costing, check presells for accuracy in costing, programming and accruals and feedback as required. Monthly pricing of equipment as required and relocating non-value adding components to their respected GL group. Process reports and ensures proper unit information including pricing. Ensure proper tracking of inventory (in/out) and send out quarterly inventory report. Ensure Rental/Demo/Loaner documents are completed as required and insured. Create and close sales PO''s in CDK. Ensure proper pictures are uploaded in CDK and follow up on missing pictures and reports. Track and Upload CPO documentation and ensure they are approved and logged. Complete all incoming and outgoing rental inspections. Yard and showroom maintenance. Other tasks to support the business plan to ensure business objectives are met. Job Requirements and Qualifications Include: High school diploma Previous experience in the agriculture or construction equipment industry is an asset Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Strong and proven Time Management and Problem-Solving skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Motivated by the competitive, fast-paced world of sales and management. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Strong information gathering ability. Self-starter, multi-tasker, self-motivated. Ability to work remotely with other branches/disciplines.
