Job Summary Hazelview Properties is hiring a Regional Maintenance Associate to support multiunit apartment complexes. The role handles resident repair requests, preventive maintenance, emergency response, contractor coordination, and purchase order creation in Yardi. Responsibilities Efficiently respond to resident repair requests. Perform preventive and repair maintenance on building systems and equipment, as well as maintain apartment units and grounds. Respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns. Obtain quotes, communicate with contractors, schedule and inspect jobs, and provide training for new maintenance staff. Create purchase orders in Yardi. Qualifications Someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment. 23 years of maintenance or related experience. Flexibility to work oncall on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends). Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting. Proficient with basic handheld and electrical tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently; supportive of office duties; Microsoft Office proficiency required. Passion for providing exceptional client service.
