Key Responsibilities: Lead a chemical production line to meet hourly production targets Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, sanitation practices, and health & safety procedures Oversee production runs from setup through completion, ensuring all procedures are followed Train, mentor, and support a team of 510 production employees Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth and efficient workflows Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized production environment Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality Monitor inventory levels and complete production and process calculations as required What You Bring Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with production equipment and lines Previous leadership, supervision, or team-leading experience is an asset Strong math and English skills Ability to complete inventory and process calculations Strong communication and leadership skills Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Location & Requirements On-site position at St. Thomas, ON Preferred Experience: 1+ year in production or manufacturing 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Dental care Employee assistance program On-site parking Vision care Ability to commute/relocate: St. Thomas, ON N5R 6C8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Experience: production or manufacturing : 1 year (preferred) supervising or team leading: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
