Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records. Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue. Maintain a positive attitude while navigating challenging situations. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus. Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions. Experience with sales techniques, particularly upselling strategies. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
