This position focuses on evening commercial cleaning and is part-time with occasional on-call shifts. Responsibilities Perform thorough commercial cleaning including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal Complete deep, detailed cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to consistently meet health and safety standards Maintain floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures to a professional, presentation-ready standard Use cleaning equipment and products properly and efficiently, following safety protocols Work independently while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail Monitor and report maintenance issues or supply needs as they arise Ensure cleaning supplies are organized, stocked, and properly stored after each shift Qualifications Strong previous cleaning experience required (commercial experience preferred) Someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning and takes pride in doing the job right High personal standards for cleanliness and organization Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening shifts Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation required Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks Why This Role Is Different This role is best suited for someone who values quality over rushing, enjoys structure, and takes pride in maintaining professional spaces.
