We are hiring a Maintenance Guide for the 2026 season. This hybrid role combines general maintenance work with Adventure Park Guide duties, supporting both the guest experience and the daily upkeep of the park. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES This position is split between maintenance tasks and guestfacing guide duties. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to keep the park running smoothly throughout the day. Maintenance Responsibilities Performing daily inspections of course elements, structures, and equipment Torqueing hardware and checking fasteners throughout the park Completing minor repairs and adjustments as needed Using hand tools and basic woodworking skills to maintain course features Reporting issues promptly and assisting with solutions Supporting general upkeep, cleaning, and small projects around the park Working at heights when required (training provided) Guide Responsibilities Assisting guests with harnesses, helmets, and safety equipment Delivering safety briefings and orientations Monitoring guests on the courses and providing support Coaching, encouraging, and assisting guests as needed Ensuring all safety procedures are followed Supporting daily setup, cleanup, and general park operations REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Experience with hand tools and basic woodworking (required) Comfortable with minor repairs, adjustments, and handson problemsolving Ability to work at heights (training provided) Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude, adaptable under pressure, and solutionoriented Able to work independently and as part of a team First Aid & CPR certification is an asset Experience in outdoor recreation, guiding, climbing, or maintenance is an asset Access to a vehicle is preferred due to location ABOUT US Skytrek Adventure Park is a familyrun outdoor attraction located beside The Enchanted Forest.
