Duties Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on styles and products. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon areas to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions. Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the overall client experience and meet salon goals. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with innovative options. Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Previous experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of sanitation practices related to hair styling tools and equipment is essential.
