Job Description

Our Edmonton office is looking for Talent Coordinator, Associate + Student Programs. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Professional Recruitment and Development. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, managing membership renewals, and supporting firm-wide administrative and reporting functions, primarily for lawyers. Duties + Responsibilities Professional Recruitment & Development Support Support recruitment, hiring, and lawyer''s onboarding and offboarding processes Support training and professional development administration Maintain and update employee records, checklists, and documentation Prepare reports and maintain administrative and financial records Coordinate recruitment-related activities and events Process invoices, expenses, and related administrative documentation Maintain internal systems and databases Coordinate performance review processes and related documentation Administer associate related programs Provide general administrative support and assist with projects as required General Administrative Duties Maintain and update internal systems and databases as required Order business cards and stamps Coordinate memorial correspondence, including gifts and flowers Maintain and update internal Reference Manual Membership Renewals Manage annual membership renewals for legal professionals Law Society of Alberta Administration Manage Law Society of Alberta civil litigation filings Complete Law Society firm self-reports Coordinate Professional Liability Insurance renewals Qualifications + Skills 7+ years of experience in an administrative or professional support role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to work independently while exercising discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment High attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling/calendar tools Working Conditions Normal weekday office hours (35) Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Qualified candidates are invited to submit a resume to: Only qualified applicants will be notified.
