Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid background in administrative and clerical tasks. This role involves supervising staff, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining efficient office procedures to support overall business objectives. Duties Supervise and coordinate office staff, including front desk personnel and administrative assistants Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee relations Manage payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Handle bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services Operate multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and workflows to improve productivity Oversee budgeting activities and monitor office expenses to stay within financial guidelines Coordinate with team members for training sessions, meetings, and development initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to employment and office management Experience Proven supervising experience in an office or administrative setting Proficiency in QuickBooks for payroll and bookkeeping tasks Strong front desk experience with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Background in human resources, including hiring, onboarding, and employee management Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Prior office experience involving clerical, administrative, or managerial responsibilities Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic budgeting practices Experience in training & development initiatives is a plus This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team while ensuring the efficiency of daily office operations.
