Position: Office Manager (Laser Training Required) Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba Employment Type: Full-time preferred (part-time may be considered) What You''ll Do As our Office Manager, you will be the heart of the clinicsupporting daily operations, client experience, and laser service flow. Key Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and client intake Provide laser treatments (based on training/competency) Support treatment room readiness, cleaning, and supplies Handle client communications (phone, email, social media inquiries) Manage retail product sales and client education Track inventory, ordering, and clinic organization Complete daily end-of-day tasks (POS reconciliation, reporting, clinic close) Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional clinic environment What We''re Looking For Laser training/experience required (Sharplight experience is an asset) Strong customer service and confident communication Excellent organization and ability to multitask Professional appearance and friendly personality Comfortable with sales, skincare product knowledge, and client follow-up Reliable, proactive, and takes ownership of the clinic space Experience in a medical aesthetics setting is an asset Why Work at Glow by Unity?
