In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our maintenance services to potential and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new business opportunities with commercial and industrial customers through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted lead generation. Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding facility needs and delivering consistent, responsive communication. Conduct site visits and needs assessments to identify HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement opportunities. Develop customized service solutions (preventative maintenance agreements, priority service, repairs, etc.) and present clear recommendations. Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and pricing in a timely and accurate manner. Partner with operations and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs, strong customer experience, and contract retention. Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast activity, documenting all customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM. Stay informed on local market conditions, competitor activity, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to company growth and customer retention. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
