Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in technology or retail sales. This role involves developing sales strategies, conducting product demos, and building lasting customer relationships to drive revenue growth and brand recognition. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits Manage customer relationships through excellent customer service, phone etiquette, and personalized engagement Identify new sales opportunities within existing markets and explore potential markets for expansion Upsell products and services to maximize revenue during customer interactions Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer contacts, and follow-up schedules Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure optimal product placement and promotional displays Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and inventory management Provide training and support to retail staff on product features and sales techniques when necessary Skills Multilingual abilities; bilingual proficiency in English and other languages is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present products and negotiate deals Experience in technology sales or technical sales environments preferred Demonstrated ability in retail sales, cashiering, cash handling, and upselling techniques Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with POS systems, merchandising tools, and basic math for transaction accuracy Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Ability to conduct engaging product demos that educate and persuade potential clients Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and sales pipelines effectively Additional incentives will be given if candidate qualifies the parameters. Bonus will be given as a part of sales incentive. Candidate should not be working with similar industry (packaging and takeout supplies) to maintain inter-supplier relationships.
