Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have experience in data entry, sales, and upselling. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy Assist customers by providing product information, resolving issues, and answering inquiries Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details Engage in upselling and sales techniques to promote additional products or services Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution Manage multilingual communication effectively, primarily in English and Spanish Follow company protocols for complaint resolution and escalate complex issues when necessary Experience Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages are a plus Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation Experience with sales, upselling, or cross-selling techniques beneficial Ability to analyze customer interactions to improve service quality Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous This role is essential for delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the growth of our business.
