Duties Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to each student''s needs Assist students with understanding complex concepts in Math, Computer Science, or other subjects Develop customized lesson plans and educational materials to enhance learning outcomes Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly Support students with classroom assignments, test preparation, and homework completion Utilize computer skills to incorporate educational software and online resources into tutoring sessions Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude to motivate students and build their confidence Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to ensure consistent support for student development Experience Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred Proven tutoring experience or classroom teaching experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of Math, Computer Science, or Special Education principles is advantageous Familiarity with educational technology and computer skills to facilitate engaging lessons Experience working with diverse learners, including those requiring special education accommodations Previous experience in a classroom environment or similar role is a plus This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and student development.
