Job Title: Software Developer - Intermediate Location: Toronto, ON ( Onsite) 222 Jarvis Street Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension) Client: Public Sector Pay Rate: CAD 60-65/Hour + HST Role Overview The Application Developer will design, develop, configure, test, and support enterprise applications with a strong focus on Oracle Siebel CRM in a large, distributed public-sector environment. The role involves translating system requirements into high-quality, tested solutions, supporting integrations, reporting, and ensuring application stability through the full SDLC. Required Tech Stack CRM: Oracle Siebel CRM (IP18+) Frontend: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Siebel Open UI Integration: Siebel Integration, Adobe AEM, J2EE Databases: Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL Reporting: OBIEE, Power BI Tools: Siebel Tools, Siebel Web Templates OS / Scripting: Unix, Shell scripting Other: XML, ODI, CI/CD exposure (asset) Must-Have Skills Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience 5+ years Siebel technical configuration, development, and integration 3+ years Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE Hands-on experience with Siebel IP18 or later Strong HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery skills Experience using Siebel Tools and Open UI (PM, PR, Manifest files) Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and SDLC collaboration skills Roles & Responsibilities Translate technical specifications into working, tested applications Develop detailed programming specifications and write high-quality code Configure, customize, test, and support Oracle Siebel CRM solutions Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities Troubleshoot and resolve application issues during development and production Support application implementations, upgrades, migrations, and conversions Develop and test Siebel integrations with external systems (AEM, J2EE, middleware) Build and maintain reports using OBIEE and Power BI Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams across SDLC Prepare technical documentation and support post-implementation activities Ensure compliance with AODA accessibility standards where applicable Nice-to-Have Experience with Public Sector Siebel modules Transfer Payments experience Siebel Test Automation exposure Oracle E-Business / ADF / ETL / Data Warehouse knowledge Prior Ontario Public Sector (OPS) experience If this opportunity matches your experience and career goals, please share your most updated resume for consideration.
