What You''ll Do As a key member of our front-of-house team, you''ll take on a variety of customer service and light food-handling responsibilities, including: Accurately cashing out customers using our POS system Serving salads from the salad bar Warming sandwiches on the grill and heating pizzas in the oven Assisting customers with product questions and orders Preparing espresso-based drinks, coffee, matchas, and specialty beverages Merchandising shelves and restocking as needed Packaging food items and building boxes Keeping the store clean, stocked, and organized throughout the day Completing temperature checks and documenting end-of-day waste Upholding all food safety and hygiene standards What We''re Looking For Barista experience (required) Smart Serve certification (required) Experience in a caf, market, or food service environment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Availability for part-time shifts, including weekends Why Work With Us?
