Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time/Full time Medical Receptionist / Medical Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and compassion Managing front desk reception and patient flow Maintaining accurate medical records and electronic charting (OSCAR EMR) Answering phones, confirming, rescheduling, and scheduling appointments Managing incoming/outgoing faxes, patient follow-ups, and correspondence Processing OHIP verification and patient billing Assisting with basic accounting and IT-related administrative tasks Ordering and maintaining office/medical supplies Supporting physicians and staff with day-to-day administrative needs Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks Exceptional oral and written communication skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and friendly in a busy environment Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry and documentation Experience with OSCAR EMR (asset training provided if not experienced) High School Diploma required; Medical Office Administration diploma from a recognized institution is an asset Previous customer service or medical office experience is an asset Why Join Us?
