We are seeking a skilled labourer with experience in construction or glazing to assist with and lead the installation of frameless glass railing systems. This role involves handling and installing glass panels on decks, stairs, and interior projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working with precision materials. Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and handle large glass panels Assist with and perform installation of frameless glass railing systems Work on exterior decks, balconies, and staircases as well as interior projects Measure, level, and align glass panels accurately Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow job drawings, layouts, and installation instructions Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Represent the company professionally on client sites Requirements Previous experience in construction, glazing, railing installation, or similar skilled labour work Comfortable lifting and maneuvering heavy glass panels (with proper equipment and team support) Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions Knowledge of basic construction tools and safety practices Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently or as part of a team Forklift experience preferred Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 40 per week Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required) Location: Orillia, ON L3V 5H2 (preferred) Work Location: In person
