About Mathnasium: Mathnasium is a world-renowned math-only learning center that helps students develop confidence and a deep understanding of mathematics. Our Moncton location is looking for a passionate and results-driven Centre Director to lead our team and support students in achieving their academic goals. Role Overview: As the Centre Director, you will oversee daily operations, engage with parents and students, and ensure our high standards of math education are met. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall operations of the learning centre, ensuring a high-quality experience for students and parents. Conduct assessments and consultations to understand students'' learning needs. Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of instructors to deliver engaging math sessions. Communicate with parents about student progress and learning plans. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and performance. Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow student enrollment. Ensure compliance with Mathnasium''s teaching methods and business policies. Qualifications & Requirements: Strong background in mathematics, education, or a related field. Previous experience in management, tutoring, or customer service is an asset.
